How to book reservation?
You must:

2. Bring the following requirements:
For locally based
clients
a) photo copy/ scanned of 2(two) valid ID's
(with signature)

b) reservation fee of PHP 25,000
(will be deducted from the total contract price)

through BDO (Banco De Oro) branch (call me for more details)
Note: Official Receipt will
be given after successful reservation.
You may receive it by mail or personally from me.
For overseas clients

of unit ( studio, 1Bedroom, 1 Bedroom with balcony,
2 Bedroom, Combined unit)

2. Deposit Reservation
Fee (25K per unit)
Wire transfer the reservation
